Leasing Agent Bot Permissions
Third-Party API Access
Our “Leasing Agent Bot” application integrates directly with Google APIs to automate your rental inquiry workflow. When you authorize the app, we request only the minimum permissions needed:
Gmail.modify (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify) –
Read your incoming rental‐inquiry emails, send AI-generated replies on your behalf, label messages as handled, and archive or trash old threads.
Mail.google.com (https://mail.google.com/) –
(Optional) Perform low-level mailbox operations such as permanently deleting entire threads to keep your inbox tidy.
How we use your data
We only read messages in your Inbox that match leasing-inquiry triggers.
We send replies only when you’ve enabled the automation.
We store only metadata (message IDs, timestamps) in a private Google Sheets document for follow-up tracking; we do not store or share email bodies or personal data outside your own Google account.
Data retention & deletion
When you revoke consent in your Google Account’s Security settings, all future access is blocked immediately.
We automatically delete old tracking metadata (and trash associated email threads) after your configured follow-up window.
