InMotion Property Management takes great pride in the care and condition of our apartments and those who call them home. If anything about your home is unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

For routine maintenance requests, please use the form below. If you have a maintenance emergency, call your building manager directly. Find your manager’s name and phone number on your apartment building’s page. If you have an after-hours maintenance emergency, call 651.998.9114.

As of December 17, 2019 at midnight we will no longer be using PSN (Payment Services Network) to accept on-line payments. We have successfully migrated to a new service provider and if you do not know how to sign up email your manager and we will be able to provide you with access directions.

The fee structure is relatively unchanged — ACH is FREE. Credit Card will be charged 3% fee and NSF will be charged $25.

You will also have the chance to opt into free credit reporting which is a cool new feature that will allow you to use your rent payments to increase your credit score.
