InMotion Property Management takes great pride in the care and condition of our apartments and those who call them home. If anything about your home is unsatisfactory, please let us know and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

For routine maintenance requests, please use the form below. If you have a maintenance emergency, call your building manager directly. Find your manager’s name and phone number on your apartment building’s page. If you have an after-hours maintenance emergency, call 651.998.9114.

InMotion Property Management has always operated under the core beliefs of a family run business. We are compassionate towards our Residents and Employees. If you are having trouble paying rent please check out resources by county to start an application for assistance. Dakota. Ramsey. Hennepin. Scott. Olmsted. Call or email your Manager if you will have difficulty paying rent.

On-line Rent Payment Fee Structure — ACH is FREE. Debit Card is a $6.95 charge. Credit Card will be charged 3% fee and NSF will be charged $25 from Zego.

You will also have the chance to opt into free credit reporting which is a cool new feature that will allow you to use your rent payments to increase your credit score.

Maintenance Requests

You will now be required to enter maintenance requests through your Resident Portal going forward. We have removed the maintenance request form that was on this page. Please visit this link to access your Resident Portal and submit a maintenance request.

Pet Screening

You will now be required to create a pet profile regardless if you have a pet or not. Upon lease renewal Pet Screening will send you a link to create to create a profile.
