What the app does

• Reads your rental inquiry emails in Gmail
• Composes and sends AI‐generated replies
• Applies labels (e.g., “leasing_agent”, “hooked”) and marks threads as handled.
• Moves old messages to Trash/Archive based on follow‑up rules.
• Logs minimal metadata (message IDs, timestamps, mailbox) to a private Google Sheet for follow‑up tracking..

Why we request Google permissions

During Google sign‑in, the app requests the minimum scopes needed to perform the functions described above::

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify
  read inquiry messages, send replies, add/remove labels, mark as read, and move messages to Trash for cleanup.
• https://mail.google.com/ (optional)
  full Gmail access used only for advanced, irreversible mailbox clean‑up actions not covered by gmail.modify (e.g., permanent delete of legacy threads).

We never use Gmail access for advertising, profiling, or selling data. Access is solely to automate leasing workflows you initiate.

Data handling & retention

How your data is used

• • Read only the messages relevant to leasing inquiries.
  • Generate and send replies you authorize.
  • Apply labels and perform clean‑up actions you configure.

What we store

• • Only operational metadata in Google Sheets (e.g., message IDs, thread IDs, timestamps, mailbox).
  • No email content is stored outside your own Google account.
  • Metadata is retained only as long as needed for follow‑up tracking and then removed per policy.

Your control & revocation

• Revoke access anytime at Google Account › Security › Third‑party access.
• Contact us to request deletion of any follow‑up tracking records tied to your account.
