Brent Molitor, President

Brent specializes in the purchase and sale of multi-family properties and other income-producing properties, primarily in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. He is committed to the success of his clients, partners and investors, and focuses on a collaborative approach to identifying and achieving desired results.

Brent graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in finance, minoring in economics. He spent several years as a process and technology consultant for Anderson Consulting/Accenture before becoming President of MB Management, LLC, now InMotion Property Management. Brent obtained his real estate agent license in 2003, and became a licensed real estate broker and owner of InMotion Realty in 2005. Brent has a Certified Resident Manager Certificate through the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and also has a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.

InMotion Realty and InMotion Property Management are divisions of The InMotion Company. As president of The InMotion Company, Brent sets the overall strategic direction for the organization. His passion is building long-term, trust-based relationships that are beneficial for all involved. He consistently works to implement procedural and programmatic efficiencies, and strives to keep The InMotion Company positioned as an innovator within its field.

Sarah Molitor Thorkelson, Vice President

Sarah specializes in the purchase and sale of residential properties. She focuses on building meaningful relationships with her clients, so she can better understand their goals and help them achieve their desired results. She is committed to working one-on-one with each of her clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of St. Thomas, with a minor in computer science. She briefly served as an accounting administrator for Dow Industries/Mycogen Seeds before becoming vice president of MB Management, LLC, now InMotion Property Management, in 2000. She obtained her real estate agent license in 2003, and became a licensed real estate broker and owner of InMotion Realty in 2005.

Sarah also serves as vice president of The InMotion Company, where she helps to guide InMotion’s key strategic initiatives and implement them across the organization. Her ability to drive business growth and development has been proven time and time again, and her instincts and understanding of the marketplace provide the company with invaluable expertise.
